Joshua spent his career in IT learning how to take the most tangled operational problems and untangle them in ways that make sense to the people who have to live inside them every day. Krystal has spent years designing and managing complex organizational systems across high-stakes environments — building frameworks for quality, accountability, and sustainable growth that hold up long after the initial build is done.
